1]Training department
a]Aviation instructors
Eligibility-Pilots,ex airhostesses or flight attendants from a reputed airline with minimum 4 years experience. Ability to train and mentor the aspirants is essential.
b]Ground crew
Experience in airline as a ground crew is a must to handle sessions related to all aspects of Ground duties namely customer care, ticketing and reservation, ramp, security, cargo handling etc.
Minimum experience of 5yrs or more.
C]Flight Despatchers with relevant experience.
D]Ticketing and reservation instructors
Preferably with airline experience experience in travel BPO
Proficient in reservation software approved by IATA.
 

2]Grooming instructors
a]Relevant experience in the field of grooming pertaining to general hair care,vskin care, art of make up, dressing styles for various occasions etc. Experience in reputed beauty schools will be an advantage.
b]Knowledge of exercises[aerobics, yoga etc] for general weight and stress management.
 

3]Communication and soft skills trainer-Experience in Reputed BPO as communicaton trainer and soft skills trainer. Experience in voice and accent training will be an advantage.
4]Foreign language instructors for certified courses in german, french, spanish, japanese etc.

All the position requires the candidates to understand the concept of training and mentoring rather than completing a syllabi.
Willingness to travel to various centers will be an advantage.
Compensation will match the experience and industry standards.
